About Rockwell Investments
Smita Somasundaram conceptualised Rockwell Investments in 1999, when she was living in London with her family. It all started in a tiny flat in SW18 that they bought, dirty and damaged. Using her skill and expertise, she revamped the flat end to end, and ended up selling it at a profit. This gave her the idea to do the same, but in India, where profit potential was tenfold. Over 20 years, she's worked on 20+ projects, transforming them from bareshell to turnkey. Along with the help of her daughter, Ritu Sundaram, she established the official company Rockwell Investments in 2025, hoping to continue her legacy.

In a fast-paced world where time is scarce, we handle everything from research and design to renovation and staging, delivering thoughtfully crafted, move-in-ready homes that people can truly call their own.
Vision
To become a nationally recognized house-flipping and home-transformation platform, expanding from metropolitan hubs into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through disciplined investing, strong local partnerships, and design-led renovations.
